Shipping Policy

How we dispatch orders, which couriers we use, and what to expect after you place an order.

Dispatch Timescales

We aim to dispatch all confirmed, paid orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Bank transfer orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed in our account. Please allow up to 24 hours for bank transfers to clear after sending.

Couriers

We use the following couriers depending on parcel weight, destination, and service level:

  • DHL Express — standard service for most UK deliveries
  • Royal Mail — smaller parcels and remote UK addresses
  • DPD — alternative express service
  • Evri — economy service for lower-value consignments

You will be notified by email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. All tracking links can also be found in your order detail page within the portal.

Delivery Timescales

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • UK Mainland: 1–2 business days
  • Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland: 2–4 business days
  • Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands: 3–5 business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be shown before you confirm your order. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

All devices are securely packaged to prevent transit damage. Devices are wrapped individually and placed in appropriate-sized boxes with void fill. Original manufacturer boxes are not included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Delivery Addresses

You can save multiple shipping addresses to your account and select the appropriate address at checkout. Please ensure delivery addresses are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a notification card. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Damaged in Transit

If goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our Returns Policy for details.
